Previously executive vice president for Calvin Klein in New York, Manley joined Burberry in January 2019 and reported to then chief executive officer Marco Gobbetti. Currently, Manley reports to Jonathan Akeroyd, who took over from Gobbetti in 2021.

During his six-year tenure at Burberry, Manley worked alongside former creative director Riccardo Tisci for three years, before partnering with British-born designer Daniel Lee, Burberry’s current chief creative officer.
